StrategyCo Directors
Charles Hornor
Director
Charles is a marketing and business growth adviser to a range of organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, including multi-national organisations, professional firms, software companies and membership organisations.
Since 1986
Charles has worked with businesses in all parts of the world to
develop their business and
marketing strategies. From 1995 to
1999 he was Executive Director responsible for building MSI
Legal and Accounting Network into an international force (200+
firms worldwide, annual fee income of US$700m). During this
time, Charles embedded the need for regular employee and client
satisfaction survey projects among the member firms and
developed a strategy and business planning process for all
practices. Since that time this program has been further
developed with application to all types and size of
organisations and it forms a mainstay of the StrategyCo business
philosophy.
Most recently Charles has been integrally involved in one of the fastest retail store roll-outs ever seen in Australia, which is Optical retailer Specsavers. More than 180 stores have been opened nationally in less than 18 months.
Charles’ broader research credentials are impeccable: he was responsible at global advertising company Publicis: FCB in London for leading major research projects.
Charles is a Certified Practicing Marketer as a member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
